Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging AARAi Solutions for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of AARAi Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), registered at 7 HighView Gardens, Grays, Essex, RM17 6TD, United Kingdom.

2. Services

AARAi Solutions provides managed IT support, cloud migration and management, digital marketing, and AI automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. Payment Terms

Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance. Project work is invoiced per the agreed milestone schedule. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

4. Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No long-term lock-in applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepaid project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for you becomes your property. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. You may not reproduce or resell our proprietary systems without written consent.

6. Liability

AARAi Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in that period. We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business-sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for 3 years after termination of services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
